A very warm welcome from Mark and Christine to the Northampton pin meeting....
Having both of us been inspired by like-minded people to grow and nurture our portfolio, we thought it only fair to continue on our journey with our main ethos of giving back.
Our backgrounds are myself (Mark) over 40 years in sales of packaging and my wife Christine many years in the accountancy world. We have a diverse range of properties in our portfolio from single lets to HMO and Commercial conversions.
We have a huge network of peers and friends we can callupon, the inspiration of these people is second to none, you owe it to yourselves to network and connect with like-minded people.

We have used a number of different strategies to acquire control of properties, including purchase lease options, assisted sale and traditional purchase. Projects we have been involved in, include licensed houses of multiple occupation (HMO), title splits, commercial to residential and refurbishments.

We have two different speakers each month along with the networking,( which is what it is all about!!) you’ll build a massive amount of knowledge at Northampton pin meeting and feel more confident on your property journey. It may seem a bit scary the first time not knowing what to expect and who’ll be there. But if you come along you’ll find it very friendly. There will be a room full of other people who want the same thing. There are enough opportunities for everyone and we all take great pride in helping each other.
